'Community Sing-a-long'
A community event provided by St Martin's URC
Come and join the growing numbers, get away from the chores for an hour or so, meet new friends over a tea or coffee and enjoy the stimulation and friendship that singing (or just listening) to songs from yesteryear and the shows brings.
Singing for fun is known to help those who worry about memory loss, or are feeling lonely or stressed.
from around 10am on the first and third Thursday of each month (excepting August )
Community Sing-a-long starts again on Thursday
September 1st 2022 and then the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month

10.00am, coffee or tea and biscuits are available and this is a time to meet up and get to know the others arriving. From around 10.35am till midday there are a selection of well known music and songs from bygone times to join in and enjoy and some other activities. |
